BREW Specialty Coffee

BREW roasts and bakes its own supply out of a room on Pylimo, a minimal Scandinavian feeling space that sits right beside the modern art museum and its small square. Batch brews rotating through Burundi and Kenya lots draw specialty coffee regulars, while matcha has become popular enough to earn its own line on the menu.

The location gives it a slightly different crowd than the old town cafes, museum visitors mixing with locals stopping in for quality over convenience. A second Algirdo Street location extends the same roastery and bakery model to another part of the city.
