De Bono Coffee Shop

De Bono runs a family owned counter tucked under one of Old Theatre Street's stone archways, sharing the block with Lot 61 in one of Valletta's most concentrated pockets of specialty coffee. Pistachio has become the shop's signature note, a pistachio cappuccino people return for again and again alongside pistachio cake and a Polish inflected zapiekanka on the food side.

Vegan versions of the pistachio drinks are made on request, and the owners bring a warmth that matches the quality of the coffee itself. It has grown into one of the highest rated rooms in the capital.
