Nordic Brew Lab

Nordic Brew Lab occupies a compact flagship at Torsgatan 46 in Vasastan, near Sankt Eriksplan, run by Hakan Savlind and Pierre Tymms, both Swedish Barista Championship and Brewers Cup finalists. The room seats only seven people at a single bar, with no food and no drinks beyond coffee, built around a rotating retail wall of beans from a different guest roaster every week alongside brewing gear for home use.

Every coffee poured leans toward the light and ultra light end of the spectrum, chosen to show clarity and the true character of each origin rather than a house style. Regulars can order from the everyday Reserve list or step up to the Rare and Exclusive menu for harder to find lots, and a set four cup Competition Coffee Experience walks through the techniques used in barista competitions for anyone curious to go deeper.
