Komet Cafe

Komet Cafe opened on Kungsholmsgatan in 2021, its black and white interior built around a run of moon and comet shaped wall panels, a nod to the name. Coffee comes from Stockholm Roast, poured across terrazzo topped tables, and a second, smaller location later opened on Tavastgatan in Sodermalm.

The bakery leans French, with croissants, pain au chocolat and a seasonal semla alongside Swedish cinnamon buns, plus a short line of vegetarian sandwiches for lunch. A resident dog often greets regulars at the counter, and outdoor seating fills fast whenever the Kungsholmen sun cooperates.
