Kento Café Liberdade

Kento has operated as a roasting company since 2007, and opened its first walk in cafes in Sao Paulo's capital starting October 2023, growing since into a handful of units around the city including this one on Rua Galvão Bueno in Liberdade, tucked inside the Galeria Mizumoto on one of the neighborhood's busiest commercial streets. The coffee draws on the company's own production alongside partner farms, built around microlots and nanolots roasted light rather than a single house blend.

Beyond the cup, Kento sells an unusually wide retail range, from roasted microlots and nanolots down to green, unroasted beans for anyone who wants to roast their own at home.
