TIBA opened on Rue Charlot in 2024, in the stretch of the Haut Marais where the concept stores thin out and the coffee gets serious, and it is built around the filter bar rather than the espresso machine. There is no house roast on the grinders; instead a changing cast of guest roasters from France and beyond, Big Sur, Datura, Goût & Co, La Réminiscence, Scenery and September among those listed, brewed mostly as V60 and other pour overs so the differences between them actually show.

The room was designed by Hypnos XP and photographs the way a lot of the neighbourhood does, pale, spare and precise, which is part of why it turns up in every current Paris list. Open from ten, closed Mondays, a late start on Sundays.
