Cafetino

Cafetino runs a two level room on Stari trg built around one of the largest bean selections in the old town, ranging from everyday Colombian and Brazilian lots up to genuine rarities like Jamaica Blue Mountain and Kopi Luwak. A mezzanine level adds seating above the ground floor counter, and the aroma greets people at the door before they have ordered anything.

Turkish coffee sits on the menu alongside the espresso and filter side, a nod to a format many specialty focused rooms skip entirely. Beans are sold by weight at the counter, ground to order, and regulars leave as often with a bag for home as with a cup to drink there.
