Fabrik

Éva left a sixteen year career in a corporate office to open Fabrik with her husband in late 2018, after years spent practicing graphic design and visual art as a hobby in basements, garages, and other windowless rooms borrowed for workshops. Near Nyugati station in Újlipótváros, the shop she built works as a coffee bar, a graphic design studio, and a community space at once, with a coworking office upstairs and gallery walls that rotate through new artists.
A Synesso S200 pulls espresso from Racer Beans, while the filter side rotates through Workshop Coffee, Warda, Awaken, Rumbaba, and guest roasters, brewed by AeroPress, V60, French press, and batch, with oat milk on offer alongside dairy. The kitchen runs sandwiches in meat and vegan versions, quiche, tapioca pudding, and both traditional and allergen free cakes, next to matcha, chai, and hot chocolate. Fabrik takes part in the HuskeeSwap reusable cup program, welcomes dogs, and keeps a handful of tables outside on Visegrádi utca.
