Csupor

Kapás Boglárka and Telegdy Ádám, a married couple who both competed as Olympic swimmers, opened Csupor on Galamb utca in the closing weeks of 2025, just off Vigadó tér. The name comes from Boglárka's Transylvanian roots, csupor being the regional word for a mug, and the pair built the twenty seat room around their own home, bright, white, and minimalist, with a mirrored CSUPOR wordmark cut into the back wall.
Coffee comes mainly from the Hungarian roaster Into, with a rotating guest coffee from Röast keeping five options in the lineup at any time, sold by the bag at the counter. Matcha latte, chai latte, and hot chocolate round out the espresso menu, all sweetened with honey rather than syrup or refined sugar. Sourdough sandwiches are built to order in house, alongside pastries from the Termelő team and four kinds of allergen free cake, including vegan and gluten free slices, served under custom ceramic cups thrown by Ábel Lakatos and a pair of live coffee plants from a Hungarian papaya farm.
