Cosmico opened in October 2025 on Via Melo da Bari, a block from the old town, started by brothers Andrea and Davide Namoini after they built Haus, a well known Bari cocktail bar, in 2018. They call it a pure specialty coffee shop by design, built around a partnership with Pierre Caffè roaster Luigi Paternoster rather than one more standard house blend.

The menu runs through V60, Chemex and other filter methods alongside espresso, with single origin lots that rotate regularly. Brunch and Nordic style pastries fill out the rest of the menu, and the shop hosts occasional themed dinners with visiting chefs and natural wine pairings.
